Who we are
GRG Professional Services is an independent consultancy based in London. We build document automation, AI and bespoke software for accountancy, FinTech, insurance and public sector organisations, turning document-heavy, manual back-office work into automated, audit-ready workflows.
The work is led by senior people throughout, delivered with our own development team and partner teams chosen to fit each project. You deal with the people who design and build the system, not a sales layer. We have delivered 200+ projects over 24+ years, we are an AWS Select Tier Partner, and our own products are listed on the AWS and Microsoft Azure marketplaces.

Gaurav Garg, Founder & Director
Gaurav founded GRG in 2016. He is a solutions architect and hands-on technical consultant with 24+ years designing, building and delivering software end to end, from AWS serverless platforms and full-stack web systems to AI-based document classification and extraction.
He started as a programmer in India in 2000. In the UK he built data-warehousing and document-management systems, and moved data entry to an offshore model that cut cost by around 70% while improving quality and turnaround. He then spent nine years at Capital Capture (now Restore plc), a Kofax Ascent Platinum Partner, as senior technical architect: running pre-sales, design and delivery of large capture projects for insurers, financial clients and public authorities.
Since founding GRG he has led Kofax Communications Manager work for Co-op Insurance, Daimler Truck Financial Services, Atlas Copco and Goudse, upgraded Kofax Capture for Liberty Insurance and Permanent TSB, and designed and built the My Professional Rewards platform on AWS. He created Caelum, GRG's AI document-extraction engine, and built Capto.cloud on it. He designs and architects GRG's solutions and delivers them with GRG's own development team and partner teams, chosen to fit each project.
He is also Managing Director, UK of Mindrops, an applied-AI and digital products company with offices in New Delhi, Brussels and London.
