Kofax is now Tungsten Automation
In 2024 Kofax became Tungsten Automation. The products many organisations depend on, including Kofax Capture, Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM), TotalAgility and Communications Manager (CCM), continue under the Tungsten name, and the platform keeps moving on. Installations that are not kept current fall behind on support, security and capability.

Is Kofax the same company as Tungsten Automation?
Yes. Kofax rebranded as Tungsten Automation in 2024. Existing Kofax products continue under the Tungsten name, and TotalAgility remains the core platform.
Do you support older Kofax Capture and KTM installations?
Yes. We support organisations still running Kofax Capture, KTM, TotalAgility and CCM, whether the goal is keeping a stable system running or planning a move to the current Tungsten stack.
Can we move to TotalAgility without disrupting operations?
That is how we plan every migration: we map the current set-up first, rebuild and test against your real documents, and switch over in a controlled way with a clear fallback.
